Everett Commuter Rail Station, Ph 2

Client: Sound Transit Everett, WA KBA managed the $34 million access, parking, and operational improvements project for this multimodal transit hub. Work included the construction of a 1,000-sf BNSF Operations Building; a 440-stall east parking lot with related storm conveyance system; a 150-ft covered steel pedestrian bridge to connect the new parking lot to the loading platform; and a 270-ft extension of the commuter rail platform.
